Command-Line Interface

Waggawagga-CLI is the standalone command-line version of the web-application Waggawagga for the prediction of single α-helix (SAH) domains in proteins. It comes with an easy-to-use ruby environment and a mobile SQLite-database, where the analysed sequence data is stored for direct or later use. For further information, please have a look at the corresponding publication or the documentation.
