Waggawagga-CLI

Command-Line Interface

Waggawagga-CLI is the standalone command-line version of the web-application Waggawagga for the prediction of single α-helix (SAH) domains in proteins. It comes with an easy-to-use ruby environment and a mobile SQLite-database, where the analysed sequence data is stored for direct or later use. We are using the Traveling-Ruby framework for packaging our Ruby-on-Rails-based Waggawagga-CLI-tool for different platforms. Therefore we can provide packages for the following platforms: Linux-x86, Linux-x86 64 Bit and macOS. Just download the appropriate package for your system, unpack it and you are ready to use Waggawagga-CLI:
